How does the registration work?

Mandatory Stepts: To register for BayernMUN2026, ALL delegates, faculty advisors, teachers and staff members must complete the following steps (for group registrations, step [I] and [II] are usually completed by the faculty-advisor/teacher for the whole group):

  • [I] Inform yourself about which ticket option you want to book
  • [II] Decide whether you want to book a single ticket or a ticket for a group/delegation and follow the instructions for the booking process
  • [III] Each attending individual submits additional information via the „BayernMUN2026_additional information“-form. We kindly ask delegates from group registrations to submit their information individually as well, as completing this form is a mandatory requirement for participation in the conference.
  • [IV] Stay updated via the Newsletter

Optional Steps: If you have already registered and paid your ticket fees, you can also:

  • [V] submit your position paper to apply for a position paper award
  • [VI] apply individually for a conference scholarship to be freed from the ticket fees retrospectively
  • [VII] request an invitation letter, to support your visa application (only relevant for non-EU-citizens, needing a visa for entry into Germany)
  • [VIII] contact us with any questions and inquiries you have
